Original Huh?
This was the month of the vacation that I have not had since last September. I had 10 glorious days off, and I enjoyed every stinking minute of it. My vacation was wonderfully divided into 3 parts
Part 1:
I went to the mountains with my family on my mom's side. I love this side of the family, and do not let any tell you that there is not an A family (my mom's) and a B side(my dads). Because there is! So I got to hang out with my cousins, friends, and family for 48 hours.
We did this:
Fun? I am the one in the back looking directly at the camera. I could have done without the helmet, because it makes my head look huge!
It was fun except my uncle kept trying to push us out of the boat when we were going over a rapid!! A class 4 rapid!! If you don't know how rapids work, then let me tell you that 5 is the highest it can go!!!! We were on a 4!!!
I was scared and may have peed a little.
Part 2:
After I was home for 1.2 seconds, my friend Angela and I went to the beach. We had 3 days in the nicest hotel that we could afford, and had a couples massage. Now before you throw out the lesbian comments, she is my best friend. I have seen her naked before, as she me. But the massage was out of this world. I normally don't care for massages, but I have definitely changed my mind.
We layed out all those three days, and seriously it could not have been any hotter. It was so hot we would come back to the room take a 2 hour nap, and then still go to bed at 11:00 pm. We were lame but it was our vacation, and we could do what we wanted!
Part 3:
I came home and did nothing. It was wonderful and boring all at the same time. I got caught up on General Hospital, and still watching on Soapnet when I get home. We celebrated 4th of July with friends and family, and watched awesome fireworks.
My birthday landed on the last day of my vacation. My husband gave me wonderful gifts, such as Krispy Kreme doughnuts, going to mall with me while I browse and not buy nothing, and taking me to Moe's for a Joey Jr.
It was wonderful. I hated to go back to work.
