Lazy

I am lazy, and if you didn't know this, well now you do.
I have a hard time with self-discipline, self control, and well laziness. This has caused me to go up in weight, and down in brain cells. For the past 2 weeks, I have been really trying to lose some weight. I have been going to the gym, getting killed by my trainer, and trying to eat right! I have drank more water than I ever have!

What has changed? Nothing! I have not lost a single pound! It makes me so frustrated that I work so hard and nothing comes of it! I know it can not happen overnight, but if it did I bet more people would keep up with it!

But I have my trainer that says you look skinnier, and muscle weighs more than fat. That is the biggest baloney I have ever heard. 5 pounds of muscle and 5 pounds of fat are still 5 pounds!! They weigh the same!! I know he knows more than I do about physical fitness, but I want to lose weight! I do not want to stay the same weight and have more muscles!!

I want to be in a size 4. Ok lets be realistic a size 6 would be awesome! If I could get out of the double digits, and not lose my nice rack. That would be great!!
I don't want to be complaining but when you are lazy, you complain that stuff doesn't come to you easier.

9 Ways to Agree/Disagree with me!:

I wish I could just will myself to be skinny, instead of having to eat well and exercise!!

I hate that about working out. It takes forever for that muscle that you create to actually start burning some serious calories. ;) keep up the good work.

Oh that would be so frustrating to me to work my butt off and not see it on the scale. Keep trying, it'll show soon! You can do it!

Keep at it! You can do it!

(I am cheerleading for you)

It seems like the start of weight loss is always the hardest. That has happened to me many times, where I feel like I'm working so hard and getting no results. Then all of a sudden the pounds start dropping!

I don't buy the whole muscle/fat debate the trainers try to tell you when you're not losing weight. If I'm not losing weight then they are not doing their job!! Period. Dang it! I want tiny numbers on the scale! I don't care if I have zero body fat and biceps the size of VW Bugs, if my scale numbers are still high, it sucks.

You crack me up!

I hear you on the size. I would love to get in a six, but I'm starting to think I'm destined to stay in an 8.

My boobs were the first thing to go, pisses me off. Not that they're small, they're still a small D, but a D that has fallen slightly south.

I have been drinking so much water too I have to pee every 15 minutes! The secretary at my work probably thinks there is something wrong with me because I walk to the bathroom so often!

You're too funny! You look great! But yes, I would love too see a size 4 again! I haven't been out of maternity jeans in over 2 years so I really can't wait to see at least size 6 again!! hehe!
Thanks for the comments on Kenna's pictures(on Andrea's blog)! She is a little cutie! I love how talented Andrea is, and yes, you need to have babies so she can photograph them for you!
But hey, if you're not up for that- she does couples pictures!!
